Return & refund of gloryfy products

You can return your gloryfy glasses within 2 weeks (14 days) of ordering without providing a reason. They must be returned in the original packaging with the invoice.
We offer a refund for damaged or faulty goods as per  Australian consumer law.

If you paid with credit card, instant bank transfer or PayPal, the purchase amount is credited through the respective payment method. If you paid via instant bank transfer or advance payment you will need to add your account details to the package so that we can credit the amount because we do not have your account details. 

Please note that the cost of shipping must already be paid for returns. Otherwise, we will have to invoice the resulting charges.
